Tub Overflow

A little girl went and started her bath and crawled back in bed while the water was getting hot and overflowed her bath tub on the 2nd floor. The water was coming through the bathroom and into the bedroom. It also seeped into the ceiling and floor below on the main level. Below just so happened to have been the kitchen!

Fire

This house fire was started by a cat jumping on the stove and turning it on.

Car Hit Shed

A car ran off the road and hit her “She Shed.” We had to log every single little craft item she had in that shed. She used the shed to build custom doll houses. We just cleaned it up and hauled it off. These were all miniature items for the dollhouses. Each had to be individually logged for insurance purposes.

New Fridge Install Gone Wrong

A new fridge was installed incorrectly on the main level kitchen. It flooded the home and seeped its way into the basement bar area causing so much water damage to both levels of the home.

Water Heater Leak in Attic Afters Coming Soon

A water heater busted in the attic of a doctors office between saturday night and sunday afternoon. It flooded the entire 4000 sqft doctors office. We are still in works to complete this project. The shiny reflections in these photos show just how much water was on the floor.

Tree 2nd Floor

A tree during a storm landed in their upstairs guest bedroom. Water leaked down into the kitchen area on the mail level and also effected a bathroom. They turned the guest bedroom into a workout room after restoration was complete. They also used this as an opportunity to update their kitchen.

Tree Into Living Room

A tree fell into their living room during their own renovation! They were in the middle of painting their entire home when the tree fell and they had to start over!
