Ross Kesterson
Founder & CEO
Ross was born and raised in the Athens, Ga area and founded Restore Pros in October of 2008. He has over 30 years experience building and remodeling homes. Ross is a GA Licensed General Contractor and Electrical Contractor. He is certified by the IICRC in water, fire, and mold restoration. One of his passions is helping those in need. In 2022, he was awarded Extra Special People’s most prestigious award, The Wyllie Big Hearts Award.
Alan Hankins
General Manager
Alan brings over three decades of construction management experience to Restore Pros and our clients. He has a broad base of knowledge in commercial construction, residential construction, home remodeling, and insurance restoration. He brings expertise in several areas of leadership through Six Sigma and EOS Operating Systems to improve our business processes and reduce inefficiencies to enhance the customer experience.
Chris Eberhardt
Project Manager
Chris is originally from Washington and graduated from Jackson County High School. He has been with Restore Pros since 2019 and uses his 15 years of expertise in cabinetry and woodworking. He has 8 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical background. He prides himself on quality work ethic. His favorite thing about Restore Pros is the team he works with daily. He enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, fishing, and playing a round of golf.
David Hankins
Mitigation Coordinator
David is a graduate of Commerce High School and currently lives in Comer, Ga. His specialties are in mold mitigation and fire remediation. He prides himself on his knowledge since being part of the Restore Pros Team since 2016. He loves working at Restore Pros because of the complexity of each project.
Jeff Davis
Project Coordinator
Jeff was born in Athens and is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He has been in construction management since 2015. Previously, he had worked in construction finance for 9 years. Jeff’s driving goal is to keep his projects on schedule and on budget while delivering excellent customer service.
Luis “Jose” Ortega
Technician
Luis brings over 20 years of experience with the longest tenure at Restore Pros. His expertise is in crawl space encapsulation. Luis is the first to jump in wherever he is needed to exceed all customer expectations. In his free time, he is found spending quality time with his children.
Morgan Barnett
Design Manager
Morgan, who joined our team in 2023, is our talented Interior Designer from Athens, GA and brings over a decade of experience in transforming spaces into works of art. She is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, ensuring her designs are beautiful and functional for all ages. When she’s not creating stunning interiors, Morgan enjoys cherished moments with her husband and two boys. Morgan brings creativity and warmth to every project she undertakes.

Robert is a dedicated and experienced professional with a decade of expertise in construction. Known for his hardworking nature and punctuality, he is a valued team player who thrives in collaborative environments. Outside of work, Robert cherishes quality time with his family, reflecting his friendly and approachable personality.
Shellie Sullivan
Office Manager
With more than 35 years of experience in customer service, Shellie takes pride in treating all clients as part of the family and providing understanding and empathy with each project. Her favorite thing about Restore Pros is the dedication to quality by the entire staff and the minute details others may not offer. She is a native of Morgan County and currently lives in Athens, Ga. In her spare time, she enjoys following all UGA Sports, tailgating with family and friends, and cheering on the Dawgs.

Tate is a native of Jefferson where he attended Jackson County High School. He currently resides in Commerce where he moved 13 years ago. He has been employed with Restore Pros since 2017 and shares his craftsmanship specialties and expertise in cabinetry and woodworking. When he is not working, you will find Tate spending quality time with his family.
Tim White
Project Manager
Tim is a local Athenian with 40+ years of construction experience. His expertise is in building high-end custom homes and his motto is to lead the project with integrity by doing everything it takes from beginning to end and never cutting corners. Tim plays keyboard for local recording artists such as Widespread Panic, Holman Autry Band, Normaltown Flyers, and T Graham Brown.
